Return Authorization

Distributor returns are accepted for in-warranty materials with prior authorization from ProBrand International, Inc. A return authorization (RA) number from ProBrand must be obtained prior to any in-warranty return. Please email PBIQA@pbigroup.com to obtain RA #.

Required information needed for RA:

  • Distributor account name
  • Customer address that product is returned from
  • Product being returned
  • Quantity to be returned per item
  • Description of problem on item(s) being returned

The in-warranty, defective material should be packaged to properly protect product from damage during transit and shipped to:

Upon receipt of the RA, the product will be tested to determine problem.

Should no fault be found with the product returned, the product can be returned to the customer’s address freight collect (should the customer require the product to be returned). ProBrand is not responsible for any return freight costs associated with returns that are no fault found.

For defective, in warranty products, at ProBrand’s discretion, an equivalent replacement part will be shipped out or a credit to the distributor’s account will be issued.
